It is then tied with natural raffia and attached is a handmade ceramic heart stamped with the words ‘made with love’. Shipping Policy
Here at Harrington Healthy Hampers we are still able to process and send your Gift Hamper during COVID-19.
Please note we are currently based near Townsville in FNQ until further notice.
We suggest you allow 7-10 business days for your Gift Hamper to arrive once you have placed your order. Of course with Xmas just around the corner we recommend you placing your order at your earliest convenience to guarantee we have the stock.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver our Gift Hampers Australia-wide.
When Do We Deliver:
Once we have received your order and payment we shall create your Gift Hamper and post within 1-2 business days using Australia Post or a Courier. You shall be emailed a tracking number.
Delivery Cost:
We have factored into the cost of your Gift Hamper a flat rate delivery charge. Unfortunately sending a parcel is not 'free' but we only charge the best rate available.
Keeping Your Gift Hampers Safe During Delivery:
We use a quality wood wool to pack our products into your Gift Hamper which is made of a solid brown kraft box. It is then placed into a proper mailing box and posted from our local Australia Post office.
In the rare event of your hamper arriving damaged, we are happy to discuss the issue with you.
How Will My Recipient Know Who Sent Their Hamper?
We make sure all of our Gift Hampers come with a complimentary gift tag chosen by us. These have a beautiful Australiana illustration on the front (designed by an Australian Artist) and are blank on the back for you or our team to write a personalised message.

If any of the products in your gift hamper are damaged or broken we will happily replace them.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been sent you will need to contact us to discuss your circumstances.
We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift hamper has left our premises.
