Description

Our beautiful embroidered baby quilts/ play mats in neutral colours fit with every nursery for your little’s bassinet, cot or bed.

Colour | White  Tan  Brown 

Size | 110cm x 88cm

Fabric | 100% cotton

Care | Gentle machine wash with similar colours. Use gentle/wool wash detergent. Do not wring, bleach or soak. Dry flat in shade. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATES

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We are open and working hard to process all Australian orders! However please be aware that there will likely be some slight delays with our processing and delivery timeframes.

FREE standard shipping on all AUS orders over $150

We are based in Gippsland, Victoria so all of our orders are shipped from there. 

Australian orders are sent with Australia Post.

- Standard post - 3-6 business days

- Express post - 2-4 business days

If you have an urgent order please contact us and we will do our best to ship your order ASAP!

INTERNATIONAL:

Please allow a lot longer then normal delivery times due to Covid-19.

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. 

DUTY & TAXES

We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by your country. Please check these charges before placing an order.


Refund Policy

  1. Please choose carefully when ordering but if your purchase is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it for a store credit. Please note return shipping for change of mind is at the customers expense.

    All goods must arrive back to kind in their original condition with the original labels and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We try our best to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.

    If your item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you out with a refund or a replacement. Also a refund for the return postage costs will be issued (please keep a copy of the receipt as proof)

    If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at kind.boutique@outlook.com

    If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.

    Kind takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. In case your parcel goes missing, please lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post.
