If you live in the WODONGA area and would like to pick up your order (applies to Bath, Body & Laundry products only) then please use the code LOCALPICKUP during checkout. Pick up can be arranged for the same or next day, dependent on when you placed your order. You will be contacted either by email or text message, with pick-up details when your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that we would normally be able to hand deliver orders to Albury & surround, however due to Covid 19 border closures, this option is no longer available for the time being.

Customs Taxes and Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.
Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information as Custom policies vary a lot from country to country. In addition, when ordering from Zanlana, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the packages.
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Authorization must be given prior to returning product. Please use our contact form when communicating your intention to return any product for the purpose of refund or exchange. This must be done prior to sending the product/s back. A detailed description of the problem is required. You may also be requested to provide us with a photo/s exhibiting the said defect.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage. Once received and the item has been inspected and has been found to be faulty, then a full refund of the purchase price will be given. The refund will be paid to you in the same manner as it was received. If on the other hand the item is found not to be defective, then the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
No refunds are given for the below-mentioned reasons
- changed your mind
- ordered the wrong item
- found the goods cheaper elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
- damaged the goods by misusing them.
- Personalized or custom made items (unless the fault is due to our negligence).
If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company, which can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified, that your goods have not been received.
All items are inspected before shipment.

Cancellation can only be permitted if your order has not already been dispatched.
I am more than happy to accept products returns/exchange, but please follow the correct procedure as set out below:
