Shipping Policy
As I custom make each order it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for me to get them made and shipped to you. If you are requiring personalised names for your piece as in the Tree of Life, allow an extra week for ordered names and receipt by me for item completion.
Depending on how many orders I have, your order could be made and delivered earlier than the times indicated.
If there are any alterations to the item/items you would like made, please add a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange the changes.
Tracked postage is by express mail at $15 and is added at checkout.
Refund Policy
I have a 30 day refund/exchange policy for any damaged items.
Please allow 48 hours to cancel an order as each item is handmade by me.
I cannot accept cancellations once items have been posted.
