Standard shipping - Orders sent by standard shipping are sent in a tracked envelope or satchel via Australia Post. These orders are filled and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. The only exception to this is weekends and public holidays. Please allow standard Australia Post shipping times for your parcel to arrive.
Any orders that are “returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping details will incur additional fees if it is to be re-directed to another address.
Here at Falcon and Grace Designs we do everything possible to ensure you have an accurate description of our products. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind. We do, however, offer refunds if a product is found to be faulty. Refunds are offered through PayPal and the cost of postage is deducted from the refund amount. Please ask any questions prior to the purchase of our products as we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any products that are incorrect due to the buyers mistake e.g. incorrect spelling typed when purchasing product.
