We take pride in packing all of our orders and package them so that they should arrive to you in perfect condition, however, if your order arrives damaged, we can replace or issue you a refund of your soap within 21 days of purchase. Please check the items in your order as soon as it arrives. If you find your order is damaged, then please contact us as soon as possible.
