The Australia Post express service is being impacted as well. Unfortunately, they cannot live up to the next day delivery promise.
Once your order is with Australian Post it is unfortunately out of our hands. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order once its been shipped out. Please send us an email or contact us on any of our socials.
Refund Policy
Due to hygiene reasons we do not refund purchases if you change your mind.
But, if your item arrives damaged/faulty, you can contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will help you further. 3 clear images of the damage MUST be sent to us. (we do not refund shipping costs. If an item needs to be sent back it is posted at the buyers expense)
