In the event of a faulty product we will address the situation with the end goal of mutual satisfaction. Should you be returning an item, we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. We recommend using registered post and tracking services. Return shipping cost will only be waived in the event of a faulty item.
Store credit received in lieu of faulty/damaged goods will be valid only for a 3 month period.
