This lovely watercolour is of a view of the Brisbane River where it is very small before the Wivenhoe Dam in the Somerset region of the Brisbane River Valley in Queensland. I just love the depth of colour that Allan achieves and the rolling hills,  and as always, an interesting sky. Allan loves to paint “En Plein Air” and regularly goes on painting expeditions with his Artist friends to paint in the great outdoors.
