I ship to the address that is printed on your ETSY order. Please advise me is there is a problem with your postal address ASAP.
All items will be carefully packaged in a cardboard mailing tube to ensure there is no damage via Australia Post.
Standard mail rates are applied to all purchases. If you wish to upgrade your postal rate to 'Registered' please let me know. This includes tracking, insurance and confirmation. It can seem like an expensive option, but is definitely worthwhile if you are concerned about delivery.
At this stage we ship to Australia and limited other countries. Please feel free to contact me if your country is not on the list and I will arrange shipping for you.
Please contact me to request a quote for combined shipping. Your product will be dispatched within 1 - 5 business days of purchase on stocked items. custom orders may take longer. Post takes about 5-7 working days (within Australia). If you need it earlier just let me know and I'll try to get it there faster.
