Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping within Australia
  • Express Shipping within Australia - $9.90 AUD
  • International Standard Shipping - $20.00 AUD for ALL Orders
  • Express Shipping available for international orders at an additional cost - Price will be displayed at checkout.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Dougy Co is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.

Dougy Co does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Shipping Time: South Aus deliveries 2-5 business days / Rest of Aus deliveries 2-10 business days.

International orders take 6-27 business days to be delivered via your local carrier.

Refund Policy

If you are looking to return your order due to wrong colour, wrong size or  change of mind we are here to help!

If you would like to return your item we are happy to offer a refund provided that:

1. The item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original condition as purchased.

2. The item is not a gift card or personalised item (custom name patch may not be returned/refunded or exchanged)

3. You return the item within 14 days of your order being delivered (our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)

*We do not offer exchanges on products only returns.

To begin a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Email us at hello@dougyco.com advising that you would like a return noting your order number, reason for return and an image of the unused item.

We will get back to you within 24 hours providing a return address for you to send the items. Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).

Bundles/Kits

If you would like to return any items from a bundle/kit purchase the remaining items you do not return will be calculated at full price to determine your refund amount as the bundle/kit discount is no longer applicable.

If you would like to swap an item for a different size, you may return the item and we will honour the bundle price for your replacement purchase. Please note this is not valid if you opt to purchase a different colour or product.

Custom Name Patches may not be returned/refunded or exchanged as they are a personalised item and cannot be restocked. 


Faulty/Damaged Items:

If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email hello@dougyco.com within 5 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and a photo of the fault/damage.

After receiving your email, we will provide you with a return postage label so you can return the item to us.

Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a replacement item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).

Warranty/Guarantee:

Our products are made from durable materials. That being said, they are not indestructible. We guarantee our gear at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. If you experience a problem with any of our products, please send an email to hello@dougyco.com with details and a photo of the issue. Any warranty claims must be received within 30 days of purchase, otherwise we are unable to replace any items.

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.

Our warranty/guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.  Any claims after 30 days may not be valid, as the damage may be considered normal wear and tear.

We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you are looking to return your order due to wrong colour, wrong size or  change of mind we are here to help!
