Australian Uni-Sex Sizing – XS, S, M, L, XL (true to size)
For comparison I would usually wear a size 12-14 ladies top and the medium fits me nicely as an oversized comfortable T-Shirt. If I was going for a more fitted look I could size down to a small (photos of both options available)
My husband would normally wear an XL T-Shirt and the XL fits him comfortably.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post

Regular Post - Flat Rate $10
Express Post - Flat Rate $15

In stock items ordered are shipped 1-3 business days from receipt of order.
Pre-Order items are shipped as per details in description of product. In general terms pre-order items will be ready to ship within 3-4 weeks of order.
Custom jewellery pieces are shipped when manufacture is completed (the customer will be kept up to date regarding the status of their order)
All parcels are sent via regular post unless express post is selected at checkout
Tracking details are forwarded via email as soon as the package has shipped
Refund Policy
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange OR store credit voucher.
Garments may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Customers are able to return their garments to West of the Waves at their own expense.
To be eligible for a return -
- Item must be undamaged, unused, unworn, not washed, no makeup marks, all tags attached & in as sold condition (ie. in the same condition that you received the item)
- You must have original invoice / receipt / proof of purchase
Upon receipt & inspection of garments customers will be issued with their choice of exchange OR store credit voucher.
Please choose your items carefully as we DO NOT offer refunds.
West of the Waves reserve the right to decide if we will accept your returned item.
To complete your return –
- Items are to be posted to West of the Waves at the customers own expense
- West of the Waves, PO Box 5828, Mackay MC QLD 4741
- We ask that care is taken when returning items in the post (ie. padded bags for bangles)
- Return postage on all exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you include a prepaid Australia Post Satchel so we can send your exchanged items
- In the event that a prepaid satchel is not included the customer will be invoiced for return postage and the exchanged item will not be posted until payment is received
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are unable to be returned OR exchanged.
Earrings
Earrings are unable to be returned OR exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Sale Items
Items purchase on "sale" are FINAL - Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, not eligible for store credit OR return.
