Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy
Spend With Us – Buy From a Bush Business Marketplace is a platform supporting and connecting rural & regional small businesses with consumers. Each store/seller fulfills and ships its own inventory. Spend With Us has no part in the actual delivery of the products. Please contact each store owner directly with any shipping enquiries.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times are set by the individual seller and are specified on each product or on the sellers store listing. This is the period within which the seller will post your item. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen. Please contact your seller (s) directly if you have any further enquiries about shipping times for your orders.
How to contact the seller?
You can find the seller’s direct contact details on your order invoice or by going to their Spend With Us store page, where the seller will have listed their contact information in their banner. You can also send the seller a direct enquiry through the product listings.
When your item has been posted your seller should update the shipping status of the order, and you will receive an automated email telling you it’s on its way.
I’ve not received my order…
If you haven’t received your item after 7-10 days of posting and you do not have tracking information you can check, please contact the seller. If you do not hear from the seller within 7 days, please contact Spend With Us support and we can try to contact the seller for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a Marketplace, the Returns & Refunds Policies are set by the individual Seller and are not the responsibility of the Spend With Us – Buy From a Bush Business platform. Please refer to the individual Seller to verify their individual terms.
In the rare event of a shop not delivering the goods, we recommend that you contact the seller to check on your order status. If the seller is unresponsive or non-compliant, please get in touch with Spend With Us support and we will discuss appropriate actions to refund your purchase.
Please note that any refund disputes should be notified to us within 30 days of the date of payment.
