Cherry Dots has long been a dream of mine. It came to life one day late in 2020. I enjoy experimenting with all crafty things like polymer clay, resin, mixed media art, jewellery making and graphic design. Our purpose at Cherry Dots is to supply interested people with arts projects during this difficult times we all face. When our hands are busy, we tend to forget all that is wrong in our world. Cherry Dots has a lot of arts & crafts kits available that I, myself put together. There is also some jewellery, yearly calendars and hampers for sale. All handmade or put together by me!
Shipping Policy
Refund Policy
A refund will not be given if:
- you simply changed your mind about the product
- you misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem
- a problem was completely outside of the my control
If their is a mayor problem with the product received, you can be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items need to be returned by 30 days of delivery.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products like food or flowers
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items for health and hygiene reasons
Conditions of exchange: Buyers are responsible for postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
