Hi All, We are a small hobby business from the Gemfields in Central Queensland and own/live on a Sapphire mining claim, and yes it is a working claim. We make handmade Fabric, Metal, Lasered, and Recycled Timber products that we hope you will love. The Gemfields area is a seasonal area and our population easily doubles in the cooler months when claim owners living elsewhere come to find more shiny colourful stones. The Gemfields are internationally recognized as the largest gemfields in the world.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for a large number of our products within Australia. Shipping outside of Australia will be costed on a per-item basis.  We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality items for you to enjoy! We pack and send our orders only on business days so please allow for weekends and public holidays.

You can expect to receive your goods within 10 business days most orders sent via Australian Post. If ordering from outside of Australia our shipping times may be around 20-25 business days. If you need confirmation and tracking number of your order please feel free to use our Contact Us page.

Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods are not fit for purpose, of a merchandisable quality, or not as described. Refunds for a change of mind are not covered by Australian Consumer Law so please choose your items carefully.
