Delatite Special Occasions is located in a small rural town near Mansfield.  During the Summer of 19/20 The fires in the High Country, resulted in Visitors having to leave and then just as we were starting to get back on our feet, Covid 19 hit.  Resulting in our many markets and farmers Markets to close, resulting in no income.

Delatite Special Occasions re branded and our Macaron, biscuits , puddings  and fudge were prodced.  We dont forget anyone and accommodate those with Dietary needs,  Gluten free  and Glten and Diary free option as well as catering for Vegans (No Dairy or Egg)

Our Christmas puddings and Fudge have won Awards at the Australian Fine Food Awards, Sydney Fine food Awards and recently at the Royal food awards in Hobart.
