Hi, I’m Janelle. I’m the CEO, creative mind and soap maker at Janelle’s Soaps and Succulents.  I am located at Wellington in Central West NSW, where I was born and have lived most of my life.  I grew up on a farm, but now live in town. 

Soap making is my passion, I just love it, although I do now make some other awesome products too, such as the most amazing range of solid shampoo and conditioner bars (non-soap).  I think when you love doing something, it shows in your products, and to be quite frank, my soaps are awesome.  They’re a little bit of luxury for your skin.  Once you’ve tried them, you’ll wonder how you ever did without them. 

My reason for joining Spend With Us is to share my little handmade business and amazing products with you.  No point creating something amazing if I don’t share it!

Shipping Policy

I offer FREE POSTAGE on orders over $120.00.  All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.  Orders $120 and under, postage is calculated by flat rate.
If your item is not on backorder, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed after it is placed.  If there will be a longer delay on your order for any reason, you will receive an email to let you know.  Once dispatched, Australia Post should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days (depending on their workload).
You will receive an email with your tracking number and also your tracking number will be sent directly from Australia Post via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.

At Janelle's Soaps & Succulents, our goal is to offer you prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible and most parcels are dispatched by the next working day, if possible.

Refund Policy

We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at Janelle's Soaps & Succulents and hope that it is a pleasant experience for you. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you have received a product that has been damaged prior to packaging for posting, or something has happened within the box during transit, please contact us.  Your order leaves our premises in perfect condition and we photograph every completed order ready for posting before delivery to Australia Post.   

If your box has been damaged during transit, any damage received after lodgement to Australia Post is their responsibility and should be taken up with them, however, please contact us and we will help with this.  We will require photographs in both instances so please don't throw out packaging.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchange items.  Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not yet been packaged and posted or delivered, however, any processing fees your order has incurred will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
