Established in 1972 , we are a family owned business who pride ourselves on providing great customer service and quality products. 

Our community has been hit hard over the years by drought, cuts to our main farming industries (fruit & dairy)  and now retail business is effected by Covid19 and border closures — which NO ONE saw coming.  Cobram in on the Victorian side of the Murray River the border closure restrictions have played havoc with our community.

 Important Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via Express , Registered Post through Australia Post.  Sorry but at this stage we cannot post overseas . 

Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays due to Covid19, limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.  If item is in stock then we will endeavour to have it posted out to you as soon as possible.  Thank you for understanding.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and up to date.  If a package is returned to us or does not arrive at the correct destination due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, I cannot be held responsible for the replacement or refund of that order.

Processing time

Providing item is in stock then we will post item as soon as funds have cleared . In the event that an item has sold out or is currently not in stock then we will contact you for direction. 

Estimate delivery times

Australia: 3-5 business days from when payment clears . We do not post on Fridays . 

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY

Please check your item when it arrives as refund will only be processed if  item has arrived damaged.  We will pack your purchase with all care and make sure that parcel is secure however please advise us by phone asap if this occurs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.  

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives defective, damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact Cath by phone 58721229 immediately and return the item within 7 days of receiving the item.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  

It is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Shipping charges to the customer will only be refunded if the returned item is defective or the order is incorrect.  Defective items will be repaired if possible.  Incorrect orders will be corrected once the incorrect items have been received in their original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the outcome and the approval or rejection of your refund.
