Why Spend With Us?
I am Kim, Mum to 2 beautiful girls, Pharmacist, Diabetes Educator, sole creator and owner of Pretty Creative by Kim in Townsville.
In 2019 we lost our house and car in the Townsville floods, when I was 6 months pregnant with our 2nd daughter.
In 2020 I began rock painting and hiding as a way of doing something fun with my 4 year old and a form of self care during lockdown and struggling with the events the previous year. My eldest daughter has an autoimmune condition and both daughters have asthma, so the unknown of covid was unsettling.
As life was returning to normal, my Dad was away from home, at work, and became unwell. He had a long hospital stay and I started this shop to raise money for them. The fund-raiser was hugely successful and some of the profit was also donated to Royal Flying Doctors. As the fundraiser ended, a part of me didnt want to say goodbye to my shop and my passion.
I have rebranded, and work to support my little family now. I attend local monthly markets, and have a full range at www.prettycreativebykim.com.au This is become a full time job for me ( in addition to my health care role). This is my love job and the support allows me to continue, grow and diversify. I have recently begun teaching craft classes, selling products from other Australian female artisians, and stocking in bricks and mortar stores around Townsville.

Shipping Policy
I aim to maintain a base level of stock, but some items will be made as ordered (particularly custom products and story stone sets).
Once ready it will be posted in 1-3 business days via Australia post.
Buyer pays postage unless stated otherwise.
Local pickup available and welcomed.
Refund Policy
I will happily refund or exchange goods that are defect, including custom products.
I strive myself on quality but handmade products do come with a small amount of variation.
Change of mind will not be refunded and exchange considered on request at the expense of the buyer. Additional postage and difference in item cost is responsibility of the buyer to pay. Custom items can not be exchanged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation before item posted is accepted, except on custom items.
