I make handmade items such as lanyards, wristlets, dog collars and jewelry items. I also sell products that I’ve carefully selected that reflect themes about animals and nature and things that I hope people will find joy and happiness in.
Shipping Policy
I ship items out within 1 or 2 business days. The times quoted are an estimate and in these uncertain times shipping may take longer than expected. Please note that items in my shop have postage included.
Refund Policy
I accept refunds on broken items which must be returned beforehand. I do not accept returns on custom made items or if you change your mind after purchasing.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No exchange on items that you decide you do not like after purchasing or on custom made items. Cancellations may be accepted within reason.
