Why Spend With Us?

Silvermist Studio was established in 1998 in regional Victoria to focus solely on local, high quality hand made artisan products and our own fine, hand made jewellery.

Ever since Black Saturday’s bushfires our community and businesses have been affected every summer. Now with the fabulous work of Spend With Us, BFABB and all of Australia too, those of us in regional areas genuinely feel the support of our whole country. 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $500. All orders under $500 are a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00. All shipped items include extra cover (insurance) with Australia Post.

Please allow 2 - 3 business day for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods. Once dispatched, Australia Post should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days. A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress. 

At Silvermist Studio, our goal is to offer you prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with our products, which we obviously regret, we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order in original and resalable condition.

    •    The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods and not the shipping costs made by us.

    •    All returned items must be in original, resalable condition.

    •    If you live in Australia you can send it back using your local postal service.

    •    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

    •    Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.

    •    We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

To make an exchange, contact us via email at [email protected] to specify the reason, and we will give you instructions.

Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be in original condition and in original packaging. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
