Shipping Policy
After we Express Post the parcel – we send you an email with tracking number through Australia Post. You can then see exactly when your parcel will be delivered.
We Insure all parcels and send by Express Post – you will have to sign / show ID for the parcel. We generally post same day (Mon to Fri) Approx 3-6 working days for delivery subject to Ring resizing and destination. If the Ring is to be resized we can generally do same day as purchase depending on time of purchase as well.
Refund Policy
Exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt of delivery if they are in PERFECT condition - and in original packaging. This includes the Jewellery; Jewellery Certificate and any cleaning cloths, gifts or extras in the package. Start by sending us an email or call us direct. We are here to help - so please contact us.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt of delivery if they are in perfect condition this means the Jewellery item has not been worn (We photograph and video all our Jewellery before posting) - and in original packaging. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery / return postage except if your return is the result of an error made by Taylors Fine Sapphires.
