We are on a mission to Brighten 10,000 days. More than ever our mental health matters! It has taken a toll for so many with the floods, fires, coronavirus and stresses of everyday life and we hope to make a positive difference with The Gifting Lounge.

Shipping Policy

We arrange delivery through Australia Post via their domestic letter with tracking service. Our Products (Gift Packs) are sent as ‘large letters’ through Australia Post and not as parcels/packages.

We process deliveries promptly (within 48 hours) upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery of physical Goods within Australia may take: three (3) to six (7) business days (depending on origin and destination) * While Australia Post endeavor to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in the delivery network at the relevant time.

Refund Policy

We handle returns, refunds and repairs in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have purchased a Pick Me Up Post Gift Pack and are seeking a return, refund or repair, please contact us.  In order for your request to be handled promptly, please provide full details about your valid reason for return, refund or repair. If you are not completely satisfied with your choice, you can request a refund of the product within 14 days of the purchase date.  The refund excludes any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase. Only the purchaser is entitled to a refund.

Refunds are only permitted for gift packs that have not been in any way, wholly or partially, used. The refund will be processed back to the purchaser only. After 14 days from the purchase date have passed, no refunds will be granted.

If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch asap, we are happy to cancel and refund your order if we have not already shipped the gift pack.
