My background is in travel & tourism as well as the retail food industry & when travelling the first thing I do is check out the local food! When I moved to this area almost 10 years ago I was amazed at the array (& quality) of the local food & goods produced here & with Tropical Hampers we now have a way of sharing these amazing products!

We work with local (Far North Queensland) producers for all of our hampers & gifts – a small local business working with other local businesses!

Our aim is to showcase the best in local FNQ products.

With COVID-19 & the subsequent border closures having such an affect on so many industries in FNQ (not just my main business of tourism but so many other small businesses that rely on visitors), this year we moved everything online, so even if people couldn’t visit in person, they could still enjoy a Taste of Far North Queensland!

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days. Shipping rates & delivery estimates shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For all corporate/bulk orders, a processing time will be advised at the time of ordering.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Tropical Hampers ships to addresses within all Australian States and Territories. Delivery to PO Boxes will be by Australia Post.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Refund Policy

Please contact our Customer Service team in the case of damage.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Generally unless an order has been damaged in transit or there is a problem with the quality of an item, refunds are not possible.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Generally unless an order has been damaged in transit or there is a problem with the quality of an item, returns/exchanges are not allowed as the majority of our products are food products.
Orders can be cancelled under some circumstances prior to order being shipped.
