The Alpine Sauce Co was created after the January 2020 bushfires.

Susan was unable to open her restaurant due to the 2020 bushfires and it still remains closed today due to Covid-19. She has sold over 10,000 bottles of sauce thanks to the support of Australia and now has a full-time business to keep her family afloat.
