Your item/s will be beautifully packaged and posted to you within 48 hours of placing your order.

Standard shipping - $9.95 - Once your order has been dispatched, shipping will take 7-10 business days.

Express Shipping - $14.95 - Once your order has been dispatched, shipping will take 1-4 business days.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for regional and remote areas. 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from DeEmDe Trendy Kids. 

Due to the majority of our clothing & accessories been handmade in small numbers a replacement is unfortunately not always possible. 

However if for any reason your item/s arrive defective or damaged we will happily help you through the exchange or refund process under the following conditions.

  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and all tags attached.
  • Contact must be made & item/s returned to DeEmDe Trendy Kids within 10 days. 
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer when an exchange has been requested.
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of DeEmDe Trendy Kids.
