Shipping Policy
The majority of our items are dispatched by Australia Post. But, we do utilise a small number of couriers to send merchandise to specific areas of Australia.
- Free Standard Shipping: (all cards are shipped via letter post and therefore does not have tracking). This allows us to keep the cost of our cards to a bare minimum.
Delivery: 7-14 working days unless stated otherwise in product Description.
Refund Policy
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Authorization must be given prior to returning product. Please use our contact form when communicating your intention to return any product for the purpose of refund or exchange. This must be done prior to sending the product/s back. A detailed description of the problem is required. You may also be requested to provide us with a photo/s exhibiting the said defect.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage. Once received and the item has been inspected and has been found to be faulty, then a full refund of the purchase price will be given. The refund will be paid to you in the same manner as it was received. If on the other hand the item is found not to be defective, then the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
No refunds are given for the below-mentioned reasons
- change your mind
- ordered the wrong item
- found the goods cheaper elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
- damaged the goods by misusing them.
- Personalized or custom made items (unless the fault is due to our negligence).
If your parcel is lost during transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company. This can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified, that your goods have not been received.
All items are inspected before shipment.
