Shipping Policy

First of all ... thank you for purchasing from us, or for considering a purchase with us.

Please allow 3-5 business days  for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.

If in stock, all orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving your payment (including any additional freight costs, if applicable).  Our items are normally sent via Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you, so please ensure that your email address (as well as postal address) is correctly entered.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian* orders over $200, with the exception of large or heavy items over 5kg, where additional shipping charges may apply and will need to be charged separately. All orders under $200 are a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 per item (items will normally be sent as separate packages)

Refund Policy

We want you to have confidence in purchasing with us, hence we package all orders carefully so that your beautiful items arrive to you in perfect condition.  However, should your order arrive damaged, please photograph the item/s (including the damage to the packaging, plus the mailing label) and email us within 1 day of item receipt and we will work with you on resolving this issue as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Sorry, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchange of items due to change of mind.  However, should an item arrive damaged, please see our Refund Policy.
