Each cookie is hand crafted and includes new details such as silver wrapping paper detail’s, Rudolph’s glittery red nose, Marrakech gold design bauble and the sparkliest snowflake…
This year, our platter is supplied to you in a keepsake tin, which we have designed and printed in-house. The option to personalise your tin with your family or business details (as pictured) is available for an additional $4.95.
Each tin contains 30 cookies (10 designs).
Best before – 12 weeks from order date.
Shipping Policy
To get your product to you fast and in optimum condition, we use Express shipping for all of our products. This eliminates excess handling during transit and minimises breakages. However, please be aware that whist every precaution is taken at our end, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Should you wish to purchase extra cover insurance, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Refund Policy
Please note: Refunds cannot be issued once an order has been dispatched. (Please see Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy below.)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As we offer a customised service, cancellations can only be accepted up to 28 days prior to your event. Any monies received will be refunded in full up to this time.
Orders cancelled inside of 28 days cannot be refunded, but monies may be used towards a future order, if availability allows.
Under the current Food Safety Act, perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the kitchen.
