Shipping Policy
Processing time and Shipping
All our products are created and handmade in our Shellharbour NSW studio please allow 5
working days and in peak times up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
These processing times are a guide and usually are quicker. If you need your
item by a certain date, please contact us and let us know, we will do our best
to get your item to you in time.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post
Refund Policy
Most orders are personalised and are printed on demand (we start once you order the product). You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has been started, we cannot refund or cancelled as personalised goods cannot be resold unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges
