How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I will endeavour to send your order within 3 working days of purchase. An email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched with an Australia Post tracking number. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered it will be left in a “safe place” as per Australia Posts current delivery policies. If you wish “signature on delivery” please advise us before hand there is an additional fee payable to Australia Post for this service.

Shipping in Australia
All orders delivered within Australia are $10.95 FLAT Rate and are sent via Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ and should be delivered within the standard Australia Post delivery days - Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas will take 3-5 business days with all other areas within Australia taking 4-10 business days. Overseas 3-7 weeks -postage rate very from country to country. (due to COVID-19).
THERE IS NO EXPRESS POST Sorry we are a rural Australian business and we don’t offer this option.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our Crystal / Gemstone Bracelets are made to order so please ensure you order the correct size as returns are not accepted on these items.

Faulty Goods?
If your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. That includes that we will refund your payment or exchange or repair the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.
