Shipping Policy
Danelly Designs aim to have all of our items dispatched within 3-5 days. In some cases this can be sooner and in some rare occasions (depending on the level of personalisation) it can be slightly longer.
We generally use Australia Post and ship Australia wide. Delivery timeframe can be 1-5 days however, we cannot guarantee these. Express delivery is available at an additional cost, please ask.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Refund Policy
Danelly Designs cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We are unable to refund on personalised items, unless it is faulty or incorrectly made.
We may accept refunds for any non-personalised items as long as they are returned, at the customers expense, and received in the original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at "[email protected]" within 4 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Danelly Designs will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.
Faulty or damaged product is to be returned to Danelly Designs for inspection prior to receiving a refund or exchange. Please email [email protected] for return address information.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or delivery centre, Danelly Designs are not liable for the re-postage of your order.
