In stock items ordered are shipped 2-3 business days from receipt of order.
Pre-Order items are shipped as per details in description of product. In general terms pre-order items will be ready to ship within 3-4 weeks of order.
Custom pieces are shipped when manufacture is completed (the customer will be kept up to date regarding the status of their order)
All parcels are sent via regular post unless express post is selected at checkout
Tracking details are forwarded via email as soon as the package has shipped

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange OR store credit voucher.
Our product may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Customers are able to return their product at their own expense.
To be eligible for a return -
- Item must be undamaged, unused, not washed, no marks, all tags attached & in as sold condition (ie. in the same condition that you received the item)
- You must have original invoice / receipt / proof of purchase
Upon receipt & inspection of the product customers will be issued with their choice of exchange OR store credit voucher.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.
