Postage is a fate rate of $3.50 for untracked envelope and $10.90 for regular parcel post with tracking.
We do our best to make sure our packaging is environmentally friendly using compostable products.
All orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST.
An email will be sent once your order is posted.
Please allow 1 to 3 days for processing due to location.
Delivery times can vary due to various delays within the postal service outside of our control.
Local pickup can be organized in Bellbrook or Kempsey NSW 2440. Our farm is located 75+km from Kempsey however we regularly make the trip for supplies.

Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or if the item is faulty, a full refund.
If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us with your purchase details and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
For an exchange or credit note, contact us with your purchase details and return the item to us with in 7 days of receiving it. Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging, and all tags intact.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
