We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can, however as I am a one woman show, please allow 1-4 days for us to make/package and send your order. I do everything possible to get your goodies to you as soon as possible - I know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!
All items are posted with tracking (details are emailed to you once your order has been posted). If you need to track your order, please use the details in the email to contact Australia Post. Me and Leigh Creations will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post.
Refund Policy
All products are carefully handmade and checked before being shipped to you.
If you receive an item and believe it is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and an explanation.
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange you must return the item at your own cost within 7 days.
A refund/exchange can be refused if the product is not in original condition, or you do not have a receipt.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
