Description

If you are out walking your Llama, Giraffe, Dog, Cat, Donkey, etc we have eliminated the need to carry your pet’s poo bags in your pocket.  We have designed a cute pouch with easy access that clips right onto your dog’s lead or your pants etc.

Made from custom-printed Leatherette these pouches are easy to wipe clean and are easy to refill with our zipper top. Our poo bag holders come with a roll of bio-degradable poo bags and a carabiner clip. While we take care to match clips with the leatherette pattern sometimes they may be different depending on what we have in stock at the time.

All of our items are not produced on mass, they are individually crafted to be as unique as their owner.

All of our items are made in a smoke and pet-free environment.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: 

We use courier services for the majority of our domestic shipping, occasionally some areas will fall into areas classed as , remote" and we will then use Australia Post as the carrier. Please note that our flat rate postage covers items up to 25kg and if your order exceeds this weight limit it will have to be shipped in two separate lots according to the occupation health and safety act of the courier services, If this does happen then you will be advised and will be required to pay any additional fees for delivery. 

All parcels are sent with adequate padding to avoid damage caused by rough handling, if you do receive a parcel that is damaged please take photographs of the damage before opening and send it to us via email at [email protected] or contact us on our facebook page www.facebook.com/loveryleigh001

Local Pick Up:

If you are in the Lockey Valley, Queensland (4341 postcode) and you would like to pick up your order this can be done by contacting us prior to placing an order. 

Unclaimed parcels:

Love Ryleigh sends all parcels with signatures on delivery, please note due to a global pandemic this may not be possible, therefore, items will be sent as authority to leave in a safe place.  If the customer is not home to sign for the parcel and a card is left it is up to the customer to contact the shipping provider to re-arrange delivery or pick up.  If this parcel goes unclaimed after repeated attempts for re delivery/pickup and the parcel is sent back to Love Ryleigh any costs associated with the returned item being re delivered to Love Ryleigh is a cost that will be passed onto the customer and will come out of any refunds given. 

International shipping:

Love Ryleigh can provide international shipping, please be aware that these orders will have longer processing times.  All international orders will be sent via Australia Post as this is the only option available at this point in time, should that change we will update the page.  International Australia Post shipping prices are based on both size and weight of your order, $1 will be added to cover packaging costs.  If you require international postage you will need to contact us and we can provide you a quote prior to you placing your order.

Processing Time

Please note that while we do our best to get orders shipped in a timely manner sometimes there can be unforeseeable delays, there is a 5-8 day processing time for all orders excluding Custom Orders.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)
We want you to love your product so please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.  We do not offer refunds on items that have been opened due to the personal nature of the products we offer.

Refunds will be offered only if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival and a request for a refund must be sent to: [email protected] along with photo evidence of damage to item. Once your return items are received we will start the investigation process and inspect all items returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A request for refund must be email within 2 days of receiving your order. Any requests outside of this time frame will be denied. We do not offer refund for sale items, gift vouchers or clearance lines. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for inspection should you deem it damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refund orders should the products be unavailable or if we deem it to be detrimental to our business.
