Shipping Policy

Shipping is posted with Australia Post (Australia wide only), postal days are but not limited to Monday's and Thursday's. Alternating days during public holidays.
Orders processed, packaged and posted within 7-10 business days of payment.
Standard Letter [Decals ONLY] - $3
Standard Flat Rate [Tracked/9-14 business days] - $10
Express Flat Rate [Tracked/3-6 business days] - $15
Express Post does not speed up your order processing, if you wish to have your order Prioritised, please purchase “Rush My Order”.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to Australia Post, your order is no longer under our control. Australia Post is currently going through delays due to COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions that also may cause effects on delivery times, so please allow these delays.
Local Pickup & Deliveries; Esperance & Condingup - 6450
Local Pickup is offered within Esperance and Condingup by appointment only.
If you are unable to meet at selected times, please choose our FREE Delivery within Esperance/Condingup or one of our shipping options.
A SMS will be sent out to notify your order is ready for collection and to organise Pick-Ups/Deliveries.
No Shows
No Shows will incur a $10 fee, payable on pick up of items. This includes for last minute change of mind pickup to delivery that has not been arranged 24hours prior to pick up time.

Refund Policy

Customised Products
Due to the nature of customised products that we create, we do not allow returns on these products. This is inclusive of all Decals.

Non-Customised Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
