Shipping Policy

We offer Click + Collect from our Dubbo store, plus freight options , just follow the prompts and add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

All shipments are subject to availability.

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped between 1-2 business days.

We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We re-use boxes and packaging as often as we can to minimise waste. Sometimes our boxes aren’t the prettiest, but we promise the package inside is well looked after.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

Shipping is charged as per size  of your items purchased , we  are in country  NSW so please be aware freight times can vary .

Framed prints can be drop-shipped directly from the supplier to your door.

Spend With Us – Buy From a Bush Business Marketplace is a platform supporting and connecting rural & regional small businesses with consumers.  Each store/seller fulfills and ships its own inventory.  Spend With Us has no part in the actual delivery of the products.  Please contact each store owner directly with any shipping enquiries.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times are set by the individual seller and are specified on each product or on the sellers store listing. This is the period within which the seller will post your item. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen. Currently due to covid-19 restrictions, Australia Post is taking longer than usual to deliver parcels.  Please contact your seller (s) directly if you have any further enquiries about shipping times for your orders.

How to contact the seller?

You can find the seller’s direct contact details on your order invoice or by going to their Spend With Us store page, where the seller will have listed their contact information in their banner. You can also send the seller a direct enquiry through the product listings.

When your item has been posted your seller should update the shipping status of the order, and you will receive an automated email telling you it’s on its way.

I’ve not received my order…

If you haven’t received your item after 7-10 days of posting and you do not have tracking information you can check, please contact the seller. If you do not hear from the seller within 7 days, please contact Spend With Us supportand we can try to contact the seller for you.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your  purchases as much as we do and your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. We do ask that you contact us with any questions - or if you would like further photos on items or would like some items styled together - we are here to help you.

We do ask however that you do shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Products may be returned for an exchange or credit note only. This policy is non-negotiable.You are able to use you credit on anything, for split purchases and this will not expire. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.

For Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or store credit.

We ask that you contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item/s. We want you to be confident with your order – should you feel it is not right in description we will exchange or provide a credit note

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging

Items are to be returned at buyers expense to Dubbo Country Gifts 35 Talbragar St Dubbo NSW 2830  ,within 30 days of receiving your item/s .

We recommend that you use registered post or a traceable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. For larger more expensive items we recommend taking insurance out for the item - to cover any loss or damage as we take no responsibility for this.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a credit note for exchange .

Faulty Items

If an item is defective or damaged, can you please email us at [email protected] with photographs and advise within 3 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to rectify the situation.

Sale Items

We don't offer exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items.
