If you receive a broken item, please take a picture, contact us via facebook Star Printed Gifts asap within 7 days, a store credit, remake of item will be offered. We can also discuss further to come up with a suitable solution.

If you change your mind you have up to 72hrs to make contact as it usually takes this long for funds to clear into our accounts after this time no cancellations will be accepted.
