Understated & elegant stud earrings-the perfect accessory for everyday & special occasions. Minimal, modern & inspired by nature.

100% Handmade in Tasmania from sustainable and recycled materials.

Dimensions:
10mm wide x 1mm deep with 925 hallmarked Sterling silver earring posts + Sterling Silver Butterfly backs

Materials:
• 925 Sterling Silver
• Tasmanian Blackwood
• Sold as a pair

All jewellery pieces are made with recycled sterling silver and fine silver sourced from a precious metals wholesaler that is accredited by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

All the timber I use is acquired locally from sustainable and ethically harvested sources.

PACKAGING:
Your earrings will come packed in a chic, matte black branded jewellery box so your item is ready to be gifted.

PRODUCTION METHOD:
All items are cut, shaped, assembled and packed by hand in my studio in rural North East Tasmania.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY?

• A complimentary polishing cloth is included with your order.
• Gently buff your silver jewellery with a lint free polishing cloth before and after wear.
• Occasionally you can wash your silver by hand in warm, soapy water, rinse well and hand-dry immediately.
• For silver that is tarnished, buff firmly with polishing cloth or with a good quality silver polish (try not to touch the timber with the polish) and avoid “dip” polishes.
• Don’t be afraid to wear your silver. Friction prevents tarnish build up. ·
• Remove your silver jewellery when sleeping, bathing, exercising and swimming.

TURN AROUND TIME

All my items are handmade to order and I aim to complete each order within 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
This design is ready to ship in approximately 2 business days. If you have requested customisations to items your cart, the turn around time will be 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

When will my parcel be shipped?

Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. All parcels are sent via Express Post for the fastest possible delivery. Parcels cannot not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Can I track my order?

    • Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive email confirmation to advise you of the delivery. Your tracking number will be included in the email. If you would like to keep tabs on your delivery, you will be able to track your parcel through Australia Post.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

  • You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, so unfortunately, I will be unable to deliver it to a PO Box. If you are not going to be at home during the day, I suggest that you have your parcel delivered to your work address, so it can be signed for upon delivery.

Do I need to sign for my purchases?

  • All items will need to be signed for upon delivery to verify that you have received the parcel. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. I am also prohibited by law from marking the order as “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

  • I will happily ship to multiple addresses. Please email me once you have placed your order to advise me of which item is to be sent to which address.

Is my package insured?

  • All purchases are covered by insurance until you have signed for your parcel and the cost of this service is covered in the shipping costs.

Can I change my address after my order has been dispatched?

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to change your address once the order has been dispatched.
  • What happens if my jewellery purchase is lost during transit?

In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will investigate. If the parcel is unable to be found, I will place an insurance claim for the missing item or items to be replaced.

Refund Policy

JEWELLERY AND ART RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Jewellery and art are very special purchases. I hope you will love your purchase for a very long time. If you feel like that is not going to happen for whatever reason I am happy to arrange a refund or an exchange if the item is in its original condition and packaging.

If you’d like your item gift wrapped and a personal card included, please include information about your requirements in the ‘notes to seller’ field just above the “add to cart” button.

Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming the delivery date. It usually takes 5-10 days after dispatch for the item to reach you.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have made an error with your order, please contact me within 48hrs of placing the order to prevent dispatch, thereafter we can arrange a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

Please  email me and I’ll forward you instructions for where to return your parcel.

You are responsible for any shipping and any additional postage charges.

In the event that your item is lost or damaged in transit I cannot not be held liable. I recommend that you pack the item so that it is adequately protected whilst in transit and that it is sent by registered and insured mail.

PROBLEMS INCURRED DURING DELIVERY

Should an item be damaged while in transit, please take pictures of the damage and contact me immediately upon receipt. I will request that the damaged item to be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to process any refund or exchange.

Please keep in mind…..

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
    2. You must provide your name, phone number and address;
    3. Custom orders or made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind;
    4. The returned items must be unworn, in original condition in the original packaging.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.

If you request store credit, you must use this within three years of issuing. After three years, your credit will expire and cannot be redeemed.

If you do need to post something back to us, please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received. I may need a copy of the receipt to investigate if the package is not delivered. Items should be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected whilst in transit.

I will do my best to process returns within 7 business days.

  • Repairs

I’m happy to repair all items made by me. Please email me with picture of the item and a description of the repair to be done and I will send you a quote. Once we’ve agreed on an amount for the service, please send your item via registered and insured mail. Upon receipt, I will proceed with the repair and mail the item back to you after receiving payment.

  • Faulty items

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being shipped to you. Should you receive an item that is faulty, not in perfect condition or if you are dissatisfied with the purchase, please contact me for a refund. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Should you require any adjustments to be made to a piece of jewellery after you have received it (ie. ring resizing, etc) Please let me know and arrangements can be made, however there will be a charge, including postage to my studio.

I take special care to ensure that the colour, design, and style of the products displayed in my shop are representative of the original products, however slight variations may occur due to the nature of the materials used.
