Hello, my name is Ann, and I live with my husband John on our rural property Glenace, which is located in the rangelands of Western NSW. We breed meat sheep, sold as a full or half carcase through our paddock to plate business, Nourish & Grow®️. The Spend With Us community has allowed me to share our two gourmet condiments; a delicious and versatile caramelised beetroot relish and the super crisp and savoury sourdough crispbread; namely Nourish & Grow Sourdough Bark®️.

During the 4-year drought, with minimal rain, bare paddocks, dust storms, and erosion we had to stop hand feeding and destock due to cost. To give me a creative focus away from the drought whilst continuing to support my husband, I made it my mission to learn how to make sourdough and a delicious and versatile caramelised beetroot relish.
